    •    Exchanges are allowed. You are responsible for the shipping cost for the items purchased initially to be shipped back and the cost to have the exchanged items sent out.

    •    The texture may only changed. The length must remain the same

 

      •    We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with

    •    Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
